Lista completa de ganadores de los Premios MTV a los Videos Musicales 2023

Taylor Swift llegó a los Premios MTV a los Videos Musicales 2023 como la principal nominada y se fue como la gran ganadora de la noche, llevándose a casa cuatro galardones en vivo que incluyeron premio mayor: video del año.

También fue elegida artista del año y su Eras Tour ganó espectáculo del verano, según la lista completa de ganadores enviada por MTV, y su video “Anti-Hero” se llevó a casa dos premios técnicos fuera del aire (mejor cinematografía y mejores efectos visuales).

Tres artistas latinos también triunfaron en la ceremonia: Shakira, homenajeada con el Video Vanguard Award, compartió con Karol G el premio a la mejor colaboración por su éxito “TQG”, mientras que Anitta ganó la categoría mejor latino por “Funk Rave”.
